As part of its vision to offer the best experience in the DIY e-commerce space for both customers and sellers, ManoMano has launched Mano Fulfillment, a warehousing and fulfillment service already implanted in France, Spain and Italy.
Our objective is to grow 20 times our fulfillment volume in the next 3 years, opening it in all our markets to help our sellers access our European markets in one click.
As a Fulfillment Account Manager, you will manage the business relationship with some of our partners and will be responsible for driving the sales done through our Fulfillment solution.
Manage your portfolio and make it grow fast with our logistics solution:Negotiate with sellers to increase their assortment on ManoFulfillment as well as to strictly follow our stock recommendation ;Follow closely the performance indicators to optimize the salesPrepare and deliver Weekly and Monthly business reviews regarding progress and state of health for your key accountsTrain and coach sellers on how to use the different tools offered by ManoFulfillment, to make them fully autonomous on the solutionProactively build joint business plansAct as a point of escalation for seller issues, questions, or concerns
Build long term ManoFulfillment solution, being the voice of ManoFulfillment Sellers:Analyze business performances and conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities on the fulfillment solutionContinuously seek for sales, operational and process improvement identifying and managing projects to improve customer and selling partner experienceDevelop a thorough understanding of the competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
Preferred experience: Top Engineering or Business School with at least 3 years experience, ideally in the e-commerce industryExcellence in Excel with very strong analytical skills required, SQL is a plus Excellent project management, ability to work with legal, product, and other internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreementsStrong business judgment and negotiation skillsAutonomous, business driven, strong rigourCurious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/MarketplaceFluency in English and French, other European languages is a plus (German, Spanish, Italian).
