Job Description

Within the Italian Seller’s partnership team and reporting to the Lead Account Manager, you will participate in the coordination and the execution of the marketing operations done with our key partners (brands and sellers) on As a Trade marketing and Promotion project manager, you will closely work with the Account Managers to implement the key promotional events such as the “Soldes” and “Black Friday” as well as the Trade marketing campaigns operated with our partners. You will also be key to automate and scale the actual processes in order to improve the efficiency of the way we operate these campaigns.


  • Create, implement and monitor ManoMano’s Italian promotional operations
  • Participate in the Proposal Building: Determine categories, brands and products to promote based on the analysis of key metrics and trends. Work with internal teams to ensure the success of the operation (Marketing, Acquisition and Communication)
  • Implement Operations: Coordinate the retroplanning, create the brief for the creative assets in collaboration with the Marketing team and communicate with our partners to ensure these assets fit their expectations and campaign objectives
  • Monitor Results: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities & monitor results of  the operation’s KPIs and propose an action plan accordingly.
  • Meet the Deadline: Make sure all stakeholders deliver on time for the campaign launch
  • Improve Processes: with accelerated growth comes  additional complexity and a need to adapt and review processes, you will be in charge of improving processes continuously to make teams work together in the best possible way
  • Provide Recommendations:Provide meaningful insights and bring actionable recommendations for next operations to continuously increase performance.
  • Profile requirements:

  • We are looking for someone with studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Sciences or Engineering interested in the universe of e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis spirit

  • Curious with a strong desire to learn
  • Passionate about the ecommerce industry
  • Advance knowledge of Excel
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Italian
