Background & Missions

Operating as a marketplace, ManoMano is continuously seeking for new value-added services for its sellers. ManoMano is looking for an advertising for partners campaign specialist. We believe that advertising can enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our sellers. We are looking for a highly motivated Advertising Campaign Specialist to join our talented team to help scale our early-stage sponsored products program. Advertising Campaign Specialists partner with Sales to drive advertiser success, revenue growth, and foster product improvements

As an advertising Campaign Specialist you are passionate about understanding business drivers for performance. You play a key role working cross-functionally with the sales team, growing the business by being the customer expert providing optimization recommendations. You possess analytical thinking, and will develop deep expertise in our sponsored products tools to build winning campaigns by optimizing performance and sharing insights to meet our advertisers’ needs. You are also flexible and able to work in a constantly evolving scaleup environment and possess great communication skills.


  • Become an expert of our sponsored products program
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and support them to deliver towards business goals. Extend your expertise and best practices to the sales to positively impact all new advertisers to the platform
  • Help ensure that high potential advertisers reach their performance goals quickly and stay active and healthy
  • Build campaign optimization proposals that are meaningful, compelling and relevant to advertisers
  • Monitor account performance for optimal ROI and advertiser satisfaction and to provide oversight and root cause analysis of issues affecting advertisers
  • Upsell by using business analytics expertise to proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue and performance.

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Graduated from a Great Business School / Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  • At least 2+ years of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
  • Work experience in digital media including display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management and business development
  • Demonstrated ability with interpreting large data sets to make recommendations to clients or customers and/or internal partners
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
