Job Description

Already positioned as Europe’s leader in online Home Improvement, ManoMano continues to grow its business by developing the ManoMano Pro platform, dedicated to Home Improvement professionals. Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution. ManoMano launched the Pro dedicated platform in March 2019 with success, called ManoManoPro now becoming one of main strategic growth project of ManoMano.  

We are now looking for a data-driven B2B Acquisition Specialist, within the B2B Marketing team. 

Your mission? To grow the B2B business, manage our cross-channel acquisition strategy and improve our online visitor experience. You will be reporting to the B2B Marketing Leader, working first on the french market before rolling out to all our other European B2B markets.


1- Cross-channel acquisition management 

As B2B Acquisition Manager, your main objective will be to define and deploy cross-channel acquisition strategy for our B2B ManoMano platform. You will be in charge of operational acquisition campaigns steering, with a strong focus on lead generation management. Because Test & Learn approach is an integral part of ManoMano’s DNA, you will create and launch new tests through B2B-specific channels in order to find B2B growth opportunities and build scalable and automatised systems. 

2- Performance & budget

In ManoMano, the Marketing team has a strong data-driven culture. You will guarantee the reach of our targets on each marketing channel (Lead generation, Display, SEO, Retargeting,...), with the objective of generating higher revenue. You will be responsible for campaigns analysis in collaboration with analytics and BI teams, in order to continuously improve our performance. 

3- Business owner on acquisition tech projects

As a B2B Acquisition referent, you will guarantee the conversion optimization on all stages of the ManoManoPro funnel (landing page, subscription funnel, activation initiatives, etc). You will collaborate with the tech, product and UX teams and take part in the definition of our pro experience improvements.


  • Bac +5 graduated from a Engineering School / Business School / other (or equivalent university education)
  • 2-4 years of experience in acquisition / marketing team, working in B2B division is a real advantage
