ManoMano is a French company launched in 2013 by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson.

At ManoMano we work collaboratively to reach the same goal: reshaping DIYing by offering our customers easy access to online tips, tricks, products and innovative services. Currently, we carry over 4 million products on our website, and work hand to hand with more than 2,500 sellers.

For the past seven years, ManoMano successfully expanded its activity in order to serve customers across six countries (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany).

Already positioned as Europe’s leader in online Home Improvement, ManoMano continues to grow its business by developing the ManoMano Pro platform, dedicated to Home Improvement professionals. Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution. ManoMano launched the Pro dedicated platform in March 2019 with success, called ManoManoPro and now becoming one of the main strategic growth project of ManoMano.

We are now looking for a B2B CRM & Marketing Assistant, within the B2B Marketing team.

Your mission : To build Pro client’s loyalty through multi-channels and manage CRM campaigns of ManoManoPro in the French Market. You will be reporting to​ the Loyalty Marketing Manager B2B.

*Missions *

  • Participate to develop the B2B marketing strategy throughout Pro customer life cycle : activation, retention and loyalty
  • Participate to multi-channel initiatives implementation “Reaching the right person with the right message at the right time" (website, email, SMS, triggers, mobile push...) in line with business targets
  • Design and drive the production of weekly commercial operations on multi-channels, in conjunction with the sourcing and communication departments.
  • Improve the customer knowledge and the customer segmentation for heavy and power users
  • Take part of the lead generation strategy with the Sales team (CRM)
  • Monitor and follow key performance indicators on retention and loyalty

Profil recherché

  • Master 1 or 2 from a Great Business School / Engineering School / other (or equivalent university education)
  • Experience on a similar job is a plus
  • Creative / Innovative
