ManoMano is a French company launched in 2013 by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson.

At ManoMano we work collaboratively to reach the same goal: reshaping DIYing by offering our customers easy access to online tips, tricks, products and innovative services. Currently, we carry over 4 million products on our website, and work hand to hand with more than 2,500 sellers.

For the past seven years, ManoMano successfully expanded its activity in order to serve customers across six countries (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany).
Thanks to funds raising (300 million euros since our creation) our staff number has tripled and we are now 460 ‘Manas & Manos’ accross three offices : Barcelona, Paris and Bordeaux.

Already positioned as Europe’s leader in online Home Improvement, ManoMano continues to grow its business by developing the ManoMano Pro platform, dedicated to Home Improvement professionals. Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution. ManoMano launched the Pro dedicated platform in March 2019 with success, called ManoManoPro now becoming one of main strategic growth project of ManoMano. **
We are now looking for a B2B Market Intelligence Manager, within the B2B Marketing team.
Your mission ? To **build a strong customer culture and knowledge for our pro market
in order to feed the strategy of the entire B2B team (Product, Operations, Marketing etc.) and improve our customer experience. You will be reporting to the B2B Marketing Leader and working first on the french market before rolling out to all our other European B2B markets.

*Missions *

  • ** Market & Customer knowledge**
    In the B2B team, you will be the voice of our Pro customers and the Marketing intelligence referent. You will be in charge of conducting market research and competition analysis to understand demand drivers and determine the differentiated needs of our Pro customers. You will also be responsible for the identification of current and future market trends and understanding the impact of new technologies so as to enrich our strategic plans and help build our future objectives. You are obviously familiar with market studies, research processes, interview and redaction technics, and you work closely to User Research team.

  • ** Customer segmentation**
    You will be contributing to the elaboration of the Pro customers Segmentation, managing the continuous improvement of quantity and quality of user data in order to improve global customer experience (CRM, online personalization, etc). You will be in charge of leveraging data analytics on customer profiles, demographics and behaviours. You also are responsible to create and moderate a Pro users network.

  • ** Strategic priorities nurturing**
    As a** Pro customer knowledge referent, you will be taking part in the definition of our strategic priorities and make sure that our customer needs are always at the center of ManoMano projects (shopping experience and new Pro services). You are **fully responsible for the Pro knowledge diffusion to the B2B stakeholders and all the other teams of ManoMano.

Profil recherché

  • Bac +5 graduated from a Business School /or other (equivalent university education)
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer experience / marketing research
  • Empathic and a 100% customer-oriented
