Job Description


Positioned as the european leader in online Home Improvement, ManoMano continues to grow its business by developing the ManoMano Pro platform, dedicated to Home Improvement professionals. Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution. ManoMano launched the Pro dedicated platform in March 2019 with success, called ManoManoPro, now becoming one of the most strategic projects.

Smartphone is the professional first tool, always in the pocket. So, at the end of 2020, we launched the 1rst ManoMano App dedicated for construction professionals as a strong retention tool. We are now looking for a B2B Mobile App Marketing Manager, within the B2B Marketing team and reporting to the B2B Marketing Leader.

Main missions 

- Own the B2B App business and marketing strategy, execution and performance in all actual european markets (France, Spain and Italy to start) to support our business ambition

- Define and deploy the mobile CRM strategy (push notification lifecycle, in-app messages, dedicated commercial operations, etc) to generate recurring traffic and build pro customer usage reflex on the App

- Collaborate with the other marketing teams to deploy acquisition mechanisms (online visibility, CRM triggers, ASO, etc) and boost App downloads

- Collaborate with the tech, product and UX teams and take part in the definition of the user experience improvements and new tech features

- Monitor and guarantee the attainment of each business and marketing performance App indicator

- Collect and define the pro mobile habits and needs, to identify business mobile opportunities 

Preferred experience

- Bac +5 graduated from a Business School /or other (equivalent university education)

- 3-5 years of mobile app marketing experience

- Extensive experience with in-app messaging and mobile marketing platforms like Insider, Braze, Accengage, MoEngage, AppsFlyer…

- Data driven and 100% customer-oriented

- Strong analytical skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate

- Creative / Innovative

- Synthetic

- Good digital culture

- English bilingual

- Autonomous and agile (able to work in a constantly changing environment)

- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
