Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution. ManoMano launched the Pro dedicated platform in March 2019 with success, called ManoManoPro now becoming one of main strategic growth project of ManoMano.
We are now looking for a data-driven B2B Traffic and Growth Manager, within the B2B Marketing team.
Your mission? To grow the B2B business, manage our cross-channel traffic strategy and improve our subscription conversion rate on ManoMano website. You will be reporting to the B2B Marketing Leader, working first on the B2B European market.
1- Traffic campaign management
As B2B Traffic Manager, your main objective will be to define and deploy cross-channel traffic strategy for our B2B ManoMano platform. You will Manage paid digital advertising channels (Paid Search, Social and/or Display), including informing budget, setting priorities, and running execution, with a strong focus on lead generation management. Because the “Test & Learn approach” is an integral part of ManoMano’s DNA, you will create and launch new tests through B2B-specific channels in order to find B2B growth opportunities and build scalable and automatised systems. You will be the main B2B referent with the specialized Acquisition and Media teams.
2- Performance & budget
In ManoMano, the Marketing team has a strong data-driven culture. You will measure performance of existing initiatives and conduct analysis driven by data to identify optimization and growth opportunities. You will guarantee the reach of our targets on each marketing channel (Lead generation, Display, SEO, Retargeting,...).
3- Business owner on tech projects
As a B2B Growth referent, you will guarantee the identification of suspected professionals on the B2C website and the conversion optimization on all stages of the ManoManoPro subscription funnel. You will collaborate with the tech, product and UX teams and take part in the definition of our pro experience improvements.
Preferred experienceBac +5 graduated from a Engineering School / Business School / other (or equivalent university education)Minimum of 2 years of paid search (PPC/SEM) campaign management experienceHands-on experience planning/buying across Google using tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords.
