Inside the brand team, the brand writing manager will be responsible for our Tone of Voice for all of our markets and all of our targets (Consumer, Sellers & BtoB).
The brand writing manager will work hand-by-hand with the brand manager & manage the local copywriters, detached in the communication team (France, Italy & Germany - UK & Spain in 2022)

You will have two key responsibilities:
With your editorial skills and strategic thinking, you will be responsible for our tone of voice across Europe so that the user experience best transcribes the DNA of our brand.
With your organisational skills and attention to the details, you will be the entry point for every copy-related topic and will manage the work of the local copywriters.
In collaboration with the internal teams, your goal is to manage every copy-related project to ensure consistency and relevance.
_ EDITORIAL LINE
Refine the overall editorial line and optimize our writing guidelines to make our brand tone of voice sharp & compelling.
Define (In collaboration with the local writers & communication team) the content plan for our different markets.
_ WRITERS MANAGEMENT
Ensure a constant alignment with local markets and define the ways to animate a writers’ team across multiple markets.
Be the entry point for every copy-related request & manage the translation process (Briefing and writing followup), organizing the work with our internal copywriting team and Freelance writers.
Manage the creation of copy for our 5 Markets and organize the work of the local copywriters.
Define and manage the process to ensure consistency and high quality writing for every copy.
_ CONTENT WRITING
For France (With the French Writer):
Design and write content in collaboration with internal teams (Digital campaigns, Newsletters, SEO, SEM & Display…).
Create wordings for our communication assets to animate our customer base (automatic emails, customer service tools, FAQs, etc.).
_ MARKETING DESIGN / CREATION
Design (Concept) of commercial activations and marketing operations.
Creation and optimization of our media campaigns (Social media, banners, CTA, SEM, SEO ...) with the studio team and the brand manager.
_ PRODUCT / PLATFORM
Microcopy: With UX & UI designer, succeed in making an outstanding marketplace interface without disrupting the user experience.
You love words, are creative, enthusiastic and excited about great copy.
You have a managerial experience and already have worked in an international environment.
You have previous experiences in creative agencies or working for audacious brands (4 or 5 years), combining copywriting and editorial strategies management.
You master the spelling and subtleties of French & English (A third language is a plus).
You are creative, autonomous and proactive.
You are a strategic thinker and think of how to best resolve a problem before going into execution.
You like design, graphics, and UX.
You have a good brand and advertising culture
You understand the communication & business challenges of marketplaces and you are customer-first.
You are autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment), curious with a strong desire to learn
You have a team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
You are recognized for your strong synthetic mind.
