Within the German Sellers Partnership Team and reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will occupy a position in a key division for ManoMano's growth.
As a Brands Account Manager, you will define and run the Brand strategy for ManoMano Germany, in line with the Sellers Partnership Team strategy, to ensure the achievement of the goals.
You will manage the business relationship with some of our key brand partners and will be responsible for driving top and bottom line results of your portfolio. Dealing on a daily basis with executive managers of key brands, you will build and drive exceptional relationships with them and help them thrive their business through ManoMano.
You will also be a pillar to support new brand launches on ManoMano by providing valuable insights and guidelines to make sure the launch is a success.
Your missions :
-Define and run the Brand strategy
-Implement new partnerships with brands
-Build and manage strong relationships with our key manufacturer partners
-Develop trade marketing and promotional activities (define calendar, build product selection, negotiate outstanding & exclusive deals, analyse the results)
-Work closely with the Brand Account Managers of the other countries (FR, IT, ES and UK) to ensure a coherent and common strategy, harmonise the processes and share best practises
-Drive sales and margin improvement of your portfolio
-Constantly negotiate the best commercial terms
-Optimize product pricing and all other levers to increase sales
-Accelerate the adoption of our value added services (marketing, sponsored products, logistics, billing, ...)
-Provide business insights, training and manufacturer education
-Analyze business performances and conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities
-Help manufacturers prioritize business opportunities
-Set yearly/quarterly/monthly objectives and action plans to achieve and exceed goals
Profile requirement
A Master’s degree from a tier-one business/engineering school (or equivalent university education)Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, buying, account management, or marketing/merchandising, preferably in eCommerce or DIY industriesNative German Level required Proven negotiation skillsAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partnersAbility to communicate clearly and effectively (written & verbal) with senior business leadersData driven with strong analytical skillsAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, SQL is a strong plusExcellent digital cultureAutonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environmentCurious (with) a strong desire to learnAble to lead and carry ambitious projects
