Descriptif du poste

As part of its vision to offer the best experience in the DIY e-commerce space for both customers and sellers, ManoMano has launched Mano Fulfillment, a warehousing and fulfillment service already implanted in France and Spain, and planned to be launched in all ManoMano markets by next year.
Our objective is to grow 50 times our fulfillment volume in the next 3 years, opening it in all our markets to help our sellers access our European markets in one click.
As a Fulfillment Business Developer, you will recruit our vendors to join Mano Fulfillment program.

MISSIONS

Pitch Mano Fulfillment solution to ManoMano sellers

  • Understand sellers needs to prepare the best offer & review objections
  • Pitch ManoMano value proposition (by phone and face-to-face on occasion)

Make the offer

  • Define the best logistics models, in particular for crossborder sellers
  • Negotiate the deal
  • Make the offer with a consolidated pricing
  • Upsell optional services

Close the deal

  • You are the 'contract' expert and you need to be able to answer all contractual questions
  • Review open questions and have the contract signed

Gather feedbacks for continuous improvements

  • Continuously listen to sellers needs over time and identify improvements to increase our value proposition
  • Gather those feedbacks, prioritize them and share them so logistics teams can improve the offer

Profil recherché

  • Top Engineering or Business School with at least 2 years experience
  • Excellence in Excel with very strong analytical skills required
  • Excellent business negotiation skills, ideally 2 years experience
  • You love pitching and negotiating
  • You are able to work with different people at all decision-making levels
  • Persistent, you never give up
  • You are autonomous and business driven
  • You are a hard worker with good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain is a plus
  • Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour
  • Curious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/Marketplace
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
