We have the ambition to become a European leader in DIY & gardening. To do this, we are looking for a "product information project manager", who will support ManoMano in its growth by taking charge of the development of an ever richer catalog of product information, better described, structured and valued, for an improved shopping experience.
In support of the head of the Product Information Management pole, you take charge of these initiatives from A to Z, from the ideation process, the identification of opportunities, the implementation of preliminary tests and the construction of business case. You are in charge of the coordination of the implementation and the measurement of the impact over time. You manage the activity with a highly developed analytical and customer sense and demonstrate curiosity and great intellectual agility. You are able to collaborate closely with other business areas (category management, data science, product, sourcing, TAM, etc.) to carry out projects.
Your main missions are the following:
- Manage the manual enrichment of product information and lead the dedicated operational team of 4 to 8 people ; onboard & train new operators
- Manage and report on capacity planning, monitor progress to make sure you reach the targets and deliver on time
- Help identify areas for product information enrichment and build the dedicated enrichment roadmap
- Improve the global functioning of data enrichment by defining new processes, developing the tools and adapting them to new or evolving systems
ProfileYou are ideally a graduate of a leading business or engineering school and have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, in a marketplace or on similar issues, in a data-driven and international environment.You are rigorous and have very good analytical skills (mastery of SQL is a plus) as well as a sharp business sense; you have a strong customer focus and his experience is at the centre of your concerns.You are very familiar with production dashboards and very operational with google sheets & scripts.You have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to convince others to support your projects within the organization.You are comfortable working in an international environment and speak English fluently. Any additional language (DE, IT, ES) is a plus.
