As the Copywriter for Italy, you will be a member of the Brand team, reporting into the Brand Writing Manager. The large majority of this role is connected to the German Communications Team, which handles all local communication strategy & deployment.
The Copywriter for German will work hand-by-hand with the Brand Writing Manager & the German Communications Team to adapt and execute our tone of voice for the market,whilst also supporting internal teams (Product, CRM, Acquisition..) with copywriting delivering our tone of voice with a local twist.

As Copywriter for Italy you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent local tone of voice, as well as a compelling user experience with sharp storytelling and creative wordings that best transcribe the DNA of our brand - across all ManoMano German’s paid, earned & owned touchpoints.
THE JOB IN DETAIL
You will have two key responsibilities:
Work hand-in-hand with the Brand Writing Manager to provide internal teams (Product, CRM, Acquisition, Sales, Customer Services..), with copywriting for display advertising, CRM, promotions, external communications, as well as translations for business purposes.
Work hand-in-hand with the German Communications Team to propose concepts and ideas to nourish local communications with a strong focus on social media content & activations.
_ CONTENT WRITING
Design and write content in collaboration with internal teams (Digital campaigns, Newsletters, SEO, SEM & Display…).
Support the German Communications team in adapting and deploying the brand's tone of voice on our social networks and our blog
Create the translation/adaptation for internal and external and internal topics (Product, legal, B2B communications..)
Create wordings for our communication assets to animate our customer base (automatic emails, customer service tools, FAQs, etc.).
_ MARKETING DESIGN / CREATION
Design (Concept) of commercial activations and marketing operations.
Optimize our campaigns (Social media, banners, CTA, SEM, SEO ...)
_ PRODUCT / PLATFORM
Microcopy: With UX & UI designer, succeed in making an outstanding marketplace interface without disrupting the user experience
You have previous copywriting experience (2 or 3 years), love words and excited about great copy
You are fluent in German and master its spelling and subtleties + speak French/English fluently
You are creative, autonomous and proactive
You have the ability to adapt in an ever changing environment,can handle complexity and jump from one topic to another with ease to deliver results
You have a good brand, digital and advertising culture
You have a passion for social media and have comfortable working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest
You understand the communication & business challenges of e-commerce and you are customer-first
You show a real interest in the world of start-ups and home improvement: you have the sense of initiative and know how to be reactive, versatile and adaptable (key qualities in a fast-growing environment that frequently redefines priorities) and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
