Job Description


Are you able to build services from A to Z? To understand needs transform it into Specs and define the commercialisation? We are looking for an outstanding Services Project Manager to help us develop the Cross-Border Business, one of the main levers of growth for ManoMano. 

As a Cross-Border Service Project Manager you are someone that can communicate with Product teams, Sales teams, Operations teams… You can bring everyone to work together to untap the huge Cross-Border potential that is awaiting us. 

Also, you enjoy working with different nationalities and understand the specificities of each group. International experience is a must!


-Work cross-functionally with sales, product and operations teams to understand needs, define specifications, follow-up development, service deployment and prepare commercialisation

-Prepare sales support documentation, arguments and train sales teams. Support sales team in negotiations if needed. 

-Manage relationships with providers, negotiate terms and conditions 

-Ensure right service deployment by contributing to any task that is needed such as working with finance for billing, working with legal to set up the contract, etc 

-Monitor service performance versus targets and plan corrective actions if needed

Profile requirements

  • Bac +5 graduated from a Tier 1 Business School / Engineering school / University
  • 3+ years of significant experience with a focus in project management or product management
  • Strong rigour and analytical skills with willingness to learn continuously in a demanding environment
  • Experience working in Cross-Border Development projects is a strong asset
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with any stakeholder; written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in French and English. Any other language, especially German and Chinese is a plus
  • Experienced with SQL and Data visualisation tools is highly appreciated
