Job Description

You have great communication skills, a first customer service experience and you like challenges?

Come and join our Customer Department, a dynamic team looking for our new Customer Support Officer for the Italy!

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, your missions will be the following ones:

- Answer to ManoMano.it customers' needs by email, chat and telephone;

- Negotiate with customers and sellers to resolve complex disputes;

- Follow up orders and manage complaints by providing relevant answers to ManoMano.it customers independently or in interaction with internal experts;

- Be able to analyze potential problems for our customers and provide the required solution internally;

- Contribute to the development and optimization of our Customer Service tools.

Profile required:

After a first experience in a customer service, you have a real sensitivity to the customers experience and a good understanding of their interests.

You are very motivated by this opportunity and you have the ability to integrate a successful and motivated team.

- You are an Italian native or completely bilingual in Italian (perfect written and verbal skills)

- Ideally you have a good level of French

- Ability to be proactive

- Customer centric / customer orientation

- Empathy, adaptability and flexibility
