Job Description

To consolidate its position as DIY and Gardening online leader, ManoMano has put technology at the heart of its strategy.

We are convinced it is by fluidly delivering qualitatives products that we will be able to offer our clients and merchants all the functionalities to revolutionise their online DIY experience.

Within the Marketing & Data department, and directly reporting to the Head of Brand, Com, Media you will occupy a key position for the organization, building, executing & monitoring our global go to market strategy in order to drive awareness and consideration. 

Your missions:

Strategy & Vision: 

- Lead & implement the Global Go To Market strategy delivering against the company vision and business goals, for owned, earned & paid channels:

- Media strategy : upper & mid funnel strategy, with a strong ROI & data sensibility

- Advocacy & communities : consumer PR (France Only), influence & social community management

- Content : developing global framework & scalability process, acting as a product team sparring partner 

- Partnerships & events : defining clear, bold partnership strategy 

Implementation & scaling: 

- Drive innovative, bold & ingenious global go-to-market strategies

- Deliver guidelines for international markets (FR/SP/IT/UK/DE), report progress / challenges, optimizations to maximize impact in line with the company's customer-centric and data driven approach.

- Measure and monitor our strategy impact and effectiveness, including brand health metrics and campaign measurement), report back on results and recommendations for improvements 

- Develop processes, guidelines, audits etc. to ensure maximum ROI and global scaling. 

- Manage multi million budget with 100% accuracy & in full compliance with ManoMano guidelines

Leadership : 

- Drive, empower & coach a team of high performing specialists : 6 persons including 2 direct reports (so far)

- Drive global agencies to drive best in class results, and incremental growth YoY

- Lead without authority : Provide leadership and coordination for all initiatives with cross-functional partners ensuring marketing & product integration 

- Partner with Brand Lead & Regional Marketing & Communications leads (Northern/Southern Europe) ensuring consistency and maximum efficiency supporting regional needs & voice, as well as their business ambition

- Masterfully communicate up/down/across the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of our strategy, cultivating strong collaborative relationships


* Bac +5 graduated from a Business School  / Marketing & Communication university degree

* 10+ years of experience in multicultural marketing & communication environment

* Strong business acumen and proven strategic, analytical and creative abilities

* Demonstrated experience developing and executing insight-driven integrated marketing campaigns that drove quantitative results at local and/or global levels.

* Proven experience building and leading teams, including experience directly managing teams of 5+ individuals and scaling organizations.

* Independent, can-do attitude, and proactive with strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English.

* Creative / Innovative / Out of the box thinker

* Ability to navigate from C-Level discussions to sell marcom strategy to building and monitoring AB test digital campaign

* Strong digital & ecommerce background

* English/French bilingual

* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights

* Customer-centric, with an understanding of customer segmentation

* Avid learner with a strong growth mindset: not afraid to challenge yourself & your team quarter after quarter

* Ability to work in a constantly changing environment

* Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
