Key responsibilities

  • Partnering with Eteam and Senior leaders to support business
  • Overseeing all Talent Dev & Recruitment processes 
  • Manage the budget process for his/her department(s) - with the support of the Social Controller
  • Manage a practice (Talent Acquisition) and ensure the diffusion and good appropriation of the processes
  • Lead and engage the team
  • Monitor the performance of its scope (People Page Zero per team) and total ownership to implement a corrective plan
  • Preferred experience

  • For this key role in our organisation, we are looking for a five star professional, expert in his field and passionate about people topics
  • With more than 12 years of experience, you have been successful in an HRD/HRBP role in a previous job
  • Relevant experience with tech populations challenges (scarcity, scale up, agility, retention, development, expertise...)
  • Relevant experience within global, international and multiple sites environments
  • You have been responsible for strategic HR project with solid results of delivery in a changing environment
  • You can interact smoothly and efficiently at all level in the organisation
  • You see yourself in our three values : care, ingenuity, boldness 
  • Fluency in English and French are required for the role
