Today, we are opening a very senior position of Head of People Operations and Data.
Your role:
Directly reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in the People leadership team with a major impact on how ManoMano will continue to carry its Human vision along its business vision, within hypergrowth. You will manage a team
of 7 people.
Your scope will cover the 3 following topics :
1 - Run People administrations & operations :
-Deal with all people administrative matters (contracts, onboarding,outboarding)
-Run the smooth day-to-day operations (real estate, management of premises, safety) while offering employees a real quality of life at work (well-being and QWL within the various sites)
-Apply strict compliance with labor laws (permanent watch on the evolution of social legislation)
-Follow up employee benefits (health coverage, insurances, parenthood)
-Manage the international dimension of this topic (France & Spain offices)
2 - Develop a comprehensive and actionable follow up of People Data:
-Edit People dashboard and KPIs, monitoring of HR performance indicators Structure our social controlling to properly monitor labor costs across the company
-Recommend approach to social benefits, annual salary review campaigns
-Analyse C&B trends in compensation within ManoMano and recommendations to the HR team as well as to the management of the company.
-Monitor our payroll & workforce, in partnership with the Recruitment and FP&A teamsParticipate in the deployment of HRIS projects, in particular on the “Core HR” component
3 - Lead all CSE related topics :
-Continuously improve a good social dialogue with the CSE
-Chaire all CSE meetingsOrganise CSE elections if any
-Prepare agendas and minutes including yearly legal consultations
Skills :
-More than 15 years of HR management experience :Solid knowledge in HR administration topics
-Strong ability to understand People data monitoring and managementDeep experience in managing CSE topicsOrganizational, time management and priority skills.
-Rigor in execution (respect for deadlines, project management)
-Adaptability, flexibility, autonomy and responsiveness,
-Maturity, knowing how to resist stress in delicate situations
-Excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to get involved in a strong human culture
-Communication skills to ensure a good flow of information within the different departments (knowing how to get the message across with precision, clarity, conciseness) while respecting confidentiality of HR information as needed
-Fluent in English,French and ideally Spanish too
