The Insights & Advanced Analytics (IAA) team’s main mission not only requires providing effective action recommendations to business and product teams &estimating their impact but also is responsible for investigating potentially complex questions that arise in weekly business meetings. Complex either because their investigation involves a cross range of functional areas or because they are technically complex. Their manager usually presents their conclusion in front of a C-level executive panel. The IAA team is also in charge of assessing the impact of some other teams’ initiatives that require a neutral viewpoint such as A/B testing, measure protocols, etc.8+ years' experience in client-facing data analysis roles & 2+ years minimum managing teams in a similar roleSeasoned analyst yourselfBusiness and impact oriented Effective written & verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal). The Head of Insights & Advanced Analytics will work with ManoMano data and translate it into high-quality and actionable insights and recommendations to top management. Day to day activities include analyzing metrics of success, developing data-driven insights, leading insights projects, and recommendations for operational leaders, working closely with business and product leaders to identify new growth levers,and communicating recommendations in a clear way. In addition to these responsibilities; the IAA Manager will lead a team of 10+Analysts and provide them with growth opportunities. Ensure that analysts work on impactful topics and use data to prove it. Help the team stay on top of its game in a fast paced environment. The consultative expertise of the role is critical to delivering the measurable, positive impact to customer experience.
