Job Description


  • Define approach and methodology for risk mapping
  • Run risk mapping activities with business teams
  • Define risk mitigation action plans with business teams. Review progress and coach teams to accelerate resolutions
  • Document all risk activities
  • Develop activities to comply with Sapin 2 law in France
  • Develop training material, code of conduct, for the wide ManoMano community
  • Report on risk assessment to ManoMano executive team

  • Experience 5-10 years in finance and internal control/audit functions
  • Of which at least 4 years of internal control / internal audit in a structured company (supervisor role)
  • Successful experience in senior internal audit/control positions
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements, notably Sapin 2 law
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel / Gsheet 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in French and English
  • Ability to understand business issues with 360° view to identify risks, size them, and exchange with business teams on resolution paths
  • Exposure to financial regulations (ACPR rules, PSD2) is a plus
