Already positioned as Europe’s leader in online Home Improvement, ManoMano continues to grow its business by developing the ManoMano Pro platform, dedicated to Home Improvement Professionals. Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution. ManoMano successfully launched its Pro platforms in France in March 2019 and in Spain and Italy in November 2020. We are now looking for an International Project Manager to support our growth outside of France, both in existing and new countries.
Your mission? Coordinate the launch of ManoManoPro in new geographies and manage transversal projects to keep strengthening our local value propositions. You will be reporting to the Lead New Countries B2B, in the B2B Business and Operations team.
1 - Coordinate the launch of ManoManoPro in new geographies
You will interact efficiently and collaboratively with dozens of experts and contributors inside and outside the B2B team to bring the vision of ManoMano Pro into reality in countries where ManoMano is already present (Germany, UK…). Relying on roadmaps and value propositions put together with the Lead New Countries B2B and the input of experts from other teams, you will identify all dependencies and tasks and coordinate efforts to meet the deadlines.
2 - Deep-dive on Pro customers needs
At ManoMano and in the B2B team, we are all about customers and data! Through analyses and customer studies, you will identify the main pain points encountered by our construction Pros. You will then address these specific needs and improve the MMPro value proposition by working transversely with stakeholders from many different ManoMano teams (Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, Sourcing, Product/ Tech, Legal, etc.). Your topics will be diverse and adapted to the local needs and aspirations of Pro users for each country.
3 - Monitor and keep improving projects after launch
Once projects are launched, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient governance and rigorous performance monitoring (KPI follow-up, reporting, meetings…). To bring MMPro to the next level, you will have to interact effectively with all involved stakeholders, both orally and in writing. You will need to keep them updated on the project's avancement and align together on action plans to keep improving our users' experience.
- Bac+5 graduated from a Business School / Engineering School / or equivalent university education
- 3-4 years of experience in transversal project management and/or strategy consulting
- German and English bilingual is a must; other languages would be a plus (Spanish, Italian…)
- Good digital culture, experience in a e-commerce start-up is a plus
- Creative / Innovative
- Rigorous in your work
- Excellent mastery of Excel/GSheet; SQL knowledge would be a strong plus
- 100% customer centric
- Strong international exposure
- Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the European construction sector would be a plus
