In the Commerce team, and directly reporting to the Promotion Manager, you play a key role in ManoMano's growth through the scaling of the promotion activity. You will have many interactions and work closely with teams (Sourcing, Category management, CRM, digital marketing, Studio, Com and Brand, Product, …). Your rôle is key to onboard and coordinate all teams in order to deploy our commercial animation plan in countries (Spain, Italy, UK and Germany)
Your main objectives are to support the promotion performance and customer engagement onsite through commercial animation plan adaptation, brief, implementation and analysis in countries. You pilot your activity with a data driven approach but always keeping the customer at the center of your decisions.
Your main missions are the following:
-Run the commercial calendar operations in your countries:
-Build and run operations: from the brief to the launch, you’ll coordinate teams to run commercial operations: brief for message and creative assets, identify the right categories to source, define action plans with teams to promote your message on marketing channels (newsletters, affiliation, display, SEA, communication etc.), deploy operationally the operations on d-day (incl. cross team coordination)
-Add local flavor: as you are in charge of supporting Countries performances, you’ll work with country teams to adapt our promotion to the local consumer behavior and seasonalities
-Manage the calendar to coordinate all needs from various teams
-Improve process continuously: with growth comes new needs and complexity, you’ll be in charge of improving processes continuously to make teams work together in the best possible way
Analyse and improve performance:
-Implement dashboard shared with teams to follow operation performances
-Report, analyse and define action plans to optimize commercial operation performances with stakeholders (sourcing, marketing) ; notably, -iterate continuously on the offer performance with sourcing to make sure each operation has a more qualitative offer than the previous ones
-Identify DO/DON’T recommendations for next operations and share it with teams
Participate in key projects to optimize commercial animation performance and ensure scaling:
-Support Promotion manager in various projects to develop promotion visibility and tactics on site (new banners, onsite personnalisation etc.).
-Work closely with marketing & communications teams to build successful digital campaigns and optimize traffic on your operations (notably middle funnel campaigns on Facebook)
-Competitive benchmarking to identify best practices in commercial animation and deliver recommendations
