Job Description

Already positioned as Europe’s leader in online Home Improvement, ManoMano continues to grow its business by developing the ManoMano Pro platform, dedicated to Home Improvement professionals. Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution. ManoMano launched the Pro platform in March 2019 in France with success and will soon launch Spain and Italy. 

Your mission? Advice and support our Spanish / Italian Pro customers and make human support the cornerstone of our customer experience! You will be a part of the new B2B Italian Sales Team, you will report directly to the IT/ES B2B Sales Manager.


  • Give the best support to pro customers who call us : accompany our pro into their purchases and Manomano Pro website’s handling 
  • Generate additional BV through outbound calls , hot leads 
  • Give technical advise on our pro specialities : plumbing, sanitary, heating, electricity, toolings, construction works, etc.
  • Maximize satisfaction of our customer and stimulate repurchase: reinsure on delivery and inventory, optimize shipping fees, etc.

  • Requirements

  • Coursing last years of a bachelor degree
  • Italian native and English bilingual
  • 100% customer centric
  • Good digital culture
  • Some experience in sales or in an activity with customer contacts is a plus
  • Knowledge in one of our pro speciality : pluming, sanitory, electricity, toolings, constructions materials, is a plus.
  • Fast learning and adaptability
  • Hight motivation to be part of a long term project
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
