About

ManoMano is a French company launched in 2013 by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson.

At ManoMano we work collaboratively to reach the same goal: reshaping DIYing by offering our customers easy access to online tips, tricks, products and innovative services.
Currently, we carry over 4 million products on our website, and work hand to hand with more than 2,500 sellers. For the past seven years, ManoMano successfully expanded its activity in order to serve customers across six countries (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany).

Thanks to funds raising (300 million euros since our creation) our staff number has tripled and we are now 530 'Manas & Manos' across three offices : Barcelona, Paris and Bordeaux.

Job Description

As part of its vision to offer the best experience in the DIY e-commerce space for both customers and sellers, ManoMano has launched Mano Fulfillment, a warehousing and fulfillment service already implanted in France and Spain, and planned to be launched in Italy at the end of the year.
Our objective is to grow 50 times our fulfillment volume in the next 3 years, opening it in all our markets to help our sellers access our European markets in one click.
As a Fulfillment Account Manager, you will manage the business relationship with some of our partners and will be responsible for driving the sales done through our Fulfillment solution.

MISSIONS

  • Onboard and coach ManoMano sellers on ManoFulfillment, our logistic solution

    • Manage the sellers integration to the fulfillment solution from end to end, keeping the process lead time under 4 days ;
    • Being sellers contact point, through mails but also phone support, on every operational, technical and commercial questions ;
    • Train and coach sellers on how to use the different tools offered by ManoFulfillment, to make them fully autonomous on the solution
  • Build and manage strong relationships with MF and our partners

    • Negotiate with sellers to increase their assortment on ManoFulfillment as well as to strictly follow our stock recommendation ;
    • Analyze business performances and conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities on the fulfillment solution ;
    • Continuously seek for sales, operational and process improvement.

Preferred Experience

  • Top Engineering or Business School with at least 2 years experience, ideally in the DIY industry
  • Excellence in Excel with very strong analytical skills required
  • Excellent project management and business negotiation skills
  • Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour
  • Curious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/Marketplace
  • Fluency in English and Italian; French is a plus
