As a marketplace specialized in Home Improvement industry operating in Europe, ManoMano has been disrupting the Italian market since 2015. Today we start to have an interesting market share, but the growth opportunities remain huge. The opening of our offices in 4 different locations, 2 new fulfillment centers and ManoMano Pro platform dedicated to Home Improvement professionals, are the demonstration of our strong potential in this market. ManoMano is looking for a Key Account Manager Italy, responsible for the business development of a portfolio of Italian key sellers.

Within the ​Sourcing team and reporting to the Lead Account Management Italy, you will occupy a key role for ManoMano's growth: manage your key sellers, to provide the best support increasing their commitment and their sales.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for top and bottom line results of your portfolio.

Management of a Key sellers portfolio
Create a dedicated and personalized commercial relationship
Support sellers in the problematics of exponential growth and find solutions
Analyze all sales opportunities to make grow overall business

Profil recherché

  • Competent and business oriented leader with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account management or commercial sector, used to communicate clearly and effectively (written & verbal) with senior business leaders.
  • Italian Mother tongue Mandatory
  • Bac +5 graduated from a Great Business School / Engineering School (or equivalent university education).
  • Digital culture & understanding of the E-commerce model
  • Data Driven, people know you for your analytical and synthesis mid.
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment).
  • Curious, with a strong desire to learn.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions oriented
