Job Description

Within the UK Sourcing team, and reporting to the Lead Key Account Manager, you will occupy a position in a division that is key to ManoMano's growth. As a Key Account Manager, you will act as a business advisor towards our largest and highest potential sellers, with a large autonomy. Dealing on a daily basis with executive managers of key brands and distributors of our industry, you will build and drive exceptional relationships with them and help them rocket their digital business. This position is a rare opportunity to both develop your sales and account management skills while having a thorough understanding of the specificities, seasonality and global business trends of our industry.

MISSIONS

  • Manage a portfolio of sellers & successfully develop their performances
  • Build and manage exceptional relationships with key sellers and brands
  • Help partners prioritize business opportunities
  • Analyze business performances and conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Set yearly/quarterly/monthly objectives and action plans to achieve and exceed goals
  • Identify and activate all sales levers needed to be improved
  • Continuously seek for sales, operational and process improvement
  • Develop & manage the trade marketing and promotional activities for the UK platform
  • Define promotional actions in collaboration with the marketing department
  • Build the product selections with seasonal relevance
  • Constantly negotiate with sellers the best commercial terms
  • Monitor performances and constantly improve the effectiveness of our promotion and our merchandising
  • PROFILE

  • A Master’s degree from a tier-one business/engineering school (or equivalent university education)
  • Relevant experience in sales, buying, account management, consulting or marketing/merchandising preferred
  • Strong understanding of Global ecommerce and the retail industry
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written & verbal) with business leaders
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment)
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Languages: Perfect English, native preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, SQL is a strong plus
  • Curious, with a strong desire to learn
  • A love for British culture and a great sense of humour!
