As part of its vision to offer the best experience in the DIY e-commerce space for both customers and sellers, ManoMano has launched Mano Fulfillment, a fulfillment service already implanted in France and Spain, and planned to be developed in other countries over the next years.
Our objective is to grow 50 times our fulfillment volume in the next 3 years, opening it in all our markets to help our sellers access our European markets in one click.
As Lead Account Management - Fulfillment Program, you will be responsible for Mano Fulfillment growth strategy, you will ensure that Mano Fulfillment business volume keeps growing, and you will be in charge of a Mano Fulfillment account management team.
MissionsOwn & Define Mano Fulfillment Growth strategy over your countries:Propose & define commercial strategies to develop the Mano Fulfillment program in your countries.Design and implement projects to improve the program: onboarding, catalogue increase, stock management, etc...Build, grow and lead a fast-growing account management team to achieve Mano Fulfillment ambitious revenue objectives.Build analytical tools to monitor the Mano Fulfillment account management team performance.Be the voice of the sellers for the Fulfillment program with all internal stakeholders including tech team to create an outstanding seller experience
Preferred ExeperienceBac +5 graduated from a Top Business/Engineering School (or equivalent university education)Sales oriented leader with minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of management experience, preferably with an online marketplaceStrong understanding of the ecommerce and the retail industryAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partnersAbility to communicate clearly and effectively (written & verbal) with senior business leadersExcellence in Excel with very strong analytical skills requiredAutonomous business driven, strong rigour in the workplaceCurious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/MarketplaceFluency in English and French, other language is a plus
