Job Description

As part of its vision to offer the best experience in the DIY e-commerce space for both customers and sellers, ManoMano has launched Mano Fulfillment, a fulfillment service already implanted in France, Spain, and Italy, and planned to be developed in other countries over the next years.

Our objective is to grow 20 times our fulfillment volume in the next 3 years, opening it in all our markets to help our sellers access our European markets in one click.

As Lead Business Development - Fulfillment Program, you will be responsible for Mano Fulfillment seller acquisition strategy, you will ensure that Mano Fulfillment adoption keeps growing, and you will be in charge of a Mano Fulfillment business development team.


  • Own & Define Mano Fulfillment Business Development strategy across countries
  • Propose & define commercial strategies to develop the Mano Fulfillment program in all countries.
  • Design and implement projects to improve the program: hunting list, sales cycle, catalogue increase, revenue, etc...
  • Build, grow and lead a fast-growing business development team to achieve Mano Fulfillment ambitious topline objectives.
  • Develop and manage a team of 4 people as of today, more to come...
  • Build analytical tools to monitor the Mano Fulfillment business development team performance.

  • Bac +5 graduated from a Top Business/Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  • Sales oriented leader with minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of management experience, preferably with an online marketplace.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce and the retail industry
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written & verbal) with senior business leaders
  • Excellence in Excel with very strong analytical skills required.
  • Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour in the workplace.
  • Curious and passionate about innovation in E-commerce/Marketplace.
  • Fluency in English and French, other language is a plus
