Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Lead Business Developer to continue our growth story and help us drive our business to the next level.

Within the UK Sales team and directly reporting to the Head of Seller's Partnership UK, you will  lead the Business Development strategy execution and be in charge of managing the Business Development team. The team is composed of 4 Business Developers. Their role is to identify, pitch, close the deal and kickstart the business performances of the best merchants of the market. The position is key to ManoMano's growth.


  • Manage the team, help them to reach their targets and make them grow constantly
  • Define the merchant sourcing strategy for the coming years in order to target and close major missing actors and products in the market to maintain a high level of growth of new merchant’s business volume and margin
  • Lead the operational execution of the defined strategy to reach high targets
  • Analyse and use performance data to drive business decisions and investigate discrepancies
  • Interact with sales from other countries -France, Germany, Italy, Spain- to boost cross border sales
  • Carry ambitious projects by working with other teams to reach company’s OKR

  • For this strategic role, we are looking for an individual who is business-minded, analytical and an excellent communicator
  • Business oriented leader with min. 6 years of experience, including at least one successful experience in e-commerce, management and a strong knowledge about UK market
  • Exceptional leadership skills, to help your team grow and carry-out ambitious projects
  • Analytical mindset with a solid numerical fluency when it comes to business figures (SQL knowledge is a strong plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact on various topics -both internally and externally- to drive actions
  • Empathetic nature with a problem solver approach, you listen, understand and find optimal solutions
  • You continuously exceed expectations and want to have a significant impact on your company
