ManoMano is a French company which was launched by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson in 2013, and has since expanded to serve customers across 6 countries (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany). Just six years after launching our business and after successfully raising 235 million euros in 2019/2020, our staff numbers have tripled, and there are now 450 ‘Manos and Manas’ working here. Job Description

As part of its vision to offer the best experience in the DIY e-commerce space for both customers and sellers, ManoMano has launched Mano Fulfillment, a warehousing and fulfillment service already implanted in France and Spain, and planned to be developed in other countries over the next years.
Our objective is to grow 50 times our fulfillment volume in the next 3 years, opening it in all our markets to help our sellers access our European markets in one click.
As Senior Lead Business Development - Fulfillment Program, you will be responsible of Mano Fulfillment growth strategy, to ensure that Mano Fulfillment business volume keeps growing, as well as of the Mano Fulfillment account managers team.

YOUR MISSIONS :

Own & Define Mano Fulfillment Growth strategy over all countries:

  • Own Mano Fulfillment P&L for each country.
  • Propose & define strategies to develop the Mano Fulfillment program in all our countries.
  • Design and implement projects to improve the program.
  • Build, grow and lead a 6 people account management team to achieve MF revenue objectives.

Own & Define the Cross-border Operation strategy:

  • Align with sourcing and operations teams on the tools & processes needed to grow cross-border sales ;
  • Coordinate operations teams to build a consistent roadmap, aligned with commercial objectives ;
  • Own and animate the project steering committee on bi-weekly basis, which is composed of relevant team leaders and comex members.

Preferred Experience

  • Bac +5 graduated from a Top Business/Engineering School (or equivalent university education), MBA is a plus
  • Competent and sales oriented leader with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of management experience, preferably with an online marketplace
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce and the retail industry
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written & verbal) with senior business leaders
  • Excellence in Excel with very strong analytical skills required
  • Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour in the workplace
  • Curious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/Marketplace
  • Fluency in English and French, other language is a plus
