Job Description

Within the French Sellers’ partnership team and reporting to the Head France, you will lead a key division for ManoMano's growth, the Manufacturer Account Management Division - MAM. We are looking for a Lead Manufacturer Account Manager to further develop this division by implementing processes, strengthening existing partnerships with brands and developing new ones.

As a Lead Manufacturer Account Manager, you will be responsible for top and bottom line results of the division.

MISSIONS

  • Develop the relationship with large manufacturers
  • Meet and create strong relationship with large manufacturers to convince them to join ManoMano
  • Understand the blockers to improve our processes and identify key levers to action to unlock them
  • Strengthen the relationship with our existing partners
  • Ensure sales growth and margin improvement (conduct high-level negotiations, accelerate the adoption of our set of value-added services, develop our trade marketing and promotional activities)
  • Be the voice of our partners at the company level (sponsor internally any tech or non-tech initiatives)
  • Structure the relationship with our manufacturer partners
  • Set outstanding process and action plans, constantly looking for improvement
  • Define and monitor the KPIs
  • Improve reports
  • Build and manage your team
  • Act as a leader and mentor to grow individuals
  • Actively set your business priorities and share them with your team
  • PROFILE

  • Bac +5 graduated from a Tier 1 Business/Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  • Competent and sales oriented leader with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sales, buying, account management, consulting or marketing/merchandising -  used to deal with tier 1 industry players
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce and the retail industry
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written & verbal) with senior business leaders
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, SQL is a strong plus
  • Excellent digital culture
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
  • Curious, with a strong desire to learn
  • Able to lead and carry ambitious projects
