ManoMano is a French company which was launched by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson in 2013, and has since expanded to serve customers across 6 countries (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany). Just six years after launching our business and after successfully raising 235 million euros in 2019/2020, our staff numbers have tripled, and there are now 450 ‘Manos and Manas’ working here. Job Description

Context:

Already positioned as Europe’s leader in online Home Improvement, ManoMano continues to grow its business by developing the ManoMano Pro platform, dedicated to Home Improvement professionals. Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution. ManoMano launched the Pro platform in France in March 2019 with success, and we are now looking for a Lead New Countries B2B.
His/ her mission? Launch ManoMano Pro in all our geographies outside of France, and be responsible for the countries P&L on the B2B market.

1- Imagine a strong and meaningful value proposition for all geographies
Relying on the experience and market knowledge of the team as well as your own knowledge that you will build, you will imagine the vision of ManoMano Pro for each geography; and define the smartest rollout MVP.
You will be the face of the project, and engage the whole company with you.

2- Build the roadmap and coordinate
As the owner of international development, you will define the roadmap for rollouts. Relying on the experts and contributors inside and outside the B2B team, you will identify all dependencies and tasks and coordinate efforts to meet the deadlines.

3- Monitor and grow
You will both define the ambition and be accountable for it. You are responsible for the monitoring of all KPIs. Once the businesses are launched, you will sponsor, launch and monitor all the necessary improvements to make ManoMano Pro a huge success in Europe, as it is in France.

Preferred Experience

  • Bac +5 graduated from a Top Business/Engineering School (or equivalent university education), MBA is a plus
  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting and/or project management, preferably with an international scope
  • Curious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/Marketplace
  • Business oriented, strong rigour in the workplace
  • Strong data skills
  • Good digital culture
  • 100% customer centric
  • English bilingual, other languages will definitely be a plus: Spanish, German, Italian
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
