Job Description

Within the Marketing & Data department, and directly reporting to Head of Brand, Com, Media you will be responsible to build and develop the ManoMano brand awareness, brand love & consideration in the Southern Europe region (Spain & Italy) on its different target groups (Corporate, Consumer, Sellers & BtoB).

Your missions:

-Lead the Southern Europe Communications strategy ensuring its alignment with ManoMano's global communications strategy, business strategy for Spain & Italy and company's customer-centric and data driven approach.

-Challenge & optimize global communication decisions to ensure Southern Europe markets relevance with a deep understanding of different countries culture & landscape (business, digital, tech & DIY ecosystem, consumer & BtoB) based on market & brand insights, and data rationals. .

-Implement the Southern Europe communications strategy & report progress / challenges, delivering recommendations & new ideas to implement for Southern Europe & more globally:

-Corporate communications (Thought Leadership, Press relations & public relations, Social, Crisis communication...)

-BtoC & BtoB communications (Social, Influence, Content, SEO, Partnerships, Events...)

-Media & Advertising localisation in partnership with Global Media & Brand teams

-Develop marketing integration with cross functional internal partners (CRM, Sourcing, Promo and Commerce, etc)

-Partner with Country Market Lead to support and promote region voice and ambition

-Drive, coach & empower a multicultural team (Italy & Spain) of 4 people from 2 countries

-Drive agencies (PR, Influence...) & partners to drive best in class results, and incremental growth YoY

-Manage budget with 100% budget accuracy & in full compliance with ManoMano guidelines

-Implement process optimization & synergies for Southern Europe (FTE resource, budget, time & partners...)

Profile requirement

  •  Bac +5 graduated from a Business School  / Marketing & Communication university degree
  • * Minimum 10/15 years of experience in multicultural marketing & communication environment
  • * Creative / Innovative / Out of the box thinker
  • * Ability to navigate from C-Level discussions to build messaging & promote ManoMano global business strategy to building and monitoring AB test digital campaign
  • * Strong digital & ecommerce culture
  • * English/French bilingual
  • * Spanish/Italian fluent
  • * Customer Centric & Data Driven mindset
  • * Avid learner with a strong growth mindset: not afraid to challenge yourself & your team quarter after quarter
