Already positioned as Europe’s leader in online Home Improvement, ManoMano continues to grow its business by developing the ManoMano Pro platform, dedicated to Home Improvement professionals. Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution.
ManoMano launched the Pro platform, that targets the small construction companies, in March 2019 in France with success and in November 2020 in Spain and Italy.
The B2B sales team mission is to provide support both technical and digital to make sure our pro clients buy easily on our platform and develop a repeat purchase habit. The B2B sales team is composed of country sales managers (1 for France, 1 for Southern Europe) and their agents (~30) and a transversal support team with a sales ops and a process & quality manager.
You will join this support team to accelerate the growth of the sales team in France, Italy and Spain, especially by setting up the training program for our sales agents and by coordinating its deployment strategy in Spain, Italy and soon-to-be markets (Germany and Great Britain).
Your mission will be to build the technical and commercial training program to enable our sales agents to give the best technical and personalized support to our pro and to deploy it at international level.
You will be reporting to the B2B sales process & quality manager and you will work closely with the B2B senior lead sales manager and the country sales managers.

1/ Design the training strategy Understand the needs of our pro and formalize basics knowledge on the construction industryIdentify trainings required to boost our sales agents expertise and commercial approach Build a roadmap of trainings to be carried out & prioritize according territories strategies
2/ Build, deliver and monitor the training program Create scalable sales trainings (content, format, language, targets KPI, etc.) leveraging existing resourcesPropose adapted channels and innovative tools to display sales trainings (live, shadowing, video, e-learning, etc.)Deploy training program for our sales agents Monitor the impact of trainings on quality grid and sales agent performanceWork closely with B2B country sales managers to identify areas for improvement and adapt training programOwn continual education initiatives for new and existing sales agents
3/ Accelerate international sales teams (Spain, Italy and soon-to-be opened countries)Ensure local sales specificities are taken into account tocustomize processes and tools Support processes and tools deployment in close cooperation with our Sales Ops and our Process & Quality Manager Ensure internal synergies with the B2B country sales managers, B2B category managers in EU and the B2C sales team
