Job Description

Part of the communication team and reporting to the Global Media Manager, you'll actively deploy media campaigns and contribute to building the ManoMano brand on our B2C and B2B platforms in Europe. You'll be part of an amazing journey in which you will help to demonstrate the potential of our brand to accelerate our hypergrowth. 

By working internally with communication, brand, acquisition and data teams, but also externally with our media agencies and GAFAs dedicated teams, your role will have a huge impact on ManoMano's growth

-Contribute in leading our media agency to deliver best in class strategy and media planning execution,

-Manage your own brand and performance digital campaigns from recommending, to trafficking and sharing key insights internally at ManoMano as you will  exceed the objectives!

-Ensure day to day delivery is optimised for OFFline campaigns with markets communication teams and matches objectives, as well as countries specificities, 

-Use all available data (internal, platforms and external) to discover insights and turn these into actionable media strategies,

-Work closely with ManoMano brand, acquisition and data teams to help build full funnel strategies,

continuously challenge us with your test & learn mindset!


  • ≈ 3 years of media - campaign management acquired in an agency and / or an ecommerce - digital player, including:
  • working knowledge across top digital channels (steering paid, social and video campaigns) and understanding of OFFline issues (especially TV),
  • analytics skills including great capacity to deal with figures (budgets, performances...) and outline specific goals for each channel / activation,
  • agility with trafficking and web analysis tools (you’re not afraid of SQL!),
  • capacity to understand brand and performance driven strategies,
  • obvious sense of demonstration / presentation,
  • fluent in english (experience into an international media environment much appreciated),
  • desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment where innovation and versatility is key.
