Job Description

To accelerate our retention strategy, we are looking within the Digital Marketing Team for a Marketing Manager to lead Mobile Apps at ManoMano. In this role you will build marketing plans (audience, budget, metrics, channels) that drive adoption of ManoMano B2C and B2B apps. 

Main missions 

-Own ManoMano mobile apps marketing strategy, execution and performance

-Set OKRs and establish related reporting

-Identify acquisition and retention opportunities across channels to achieve our mobile apps growth objectives

-Optimize our mobile app user acquisition funnel with the Product and Acquisition teams

-Build and optimize our mobile messaging campaigns with the Communication and CRM teams

-Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) on Google Play Store and Apple Store 

-Collaborate on new mobile apps features with cross functional teams 

-Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly performance business reviews 

Preferred experience

  • 3-5 years of mobile marketing experience
  • Bac +5 graduated from a Engineering School, Business School or equivalent university education
  • English & French bilingual
  • Experience building, executing and scaling mobile apps marketing projects from concept to completion
  • Extensive experience with in-app messaging and mobile marketing platforms like Insider, Braze, Accengage, MoEngage, AppsFlyer…
  • Strong analytical skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate
  • Hands-on experience with App Store Optimization
  • Understanding of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management and AB testing
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels.
