Job Description

The Pre-Sales team mission is to exceed customer expectations  when shopping on ManoMano by providing meaningful, human and tailored advice offered by our unique community of DIY experts. 

Your mission will be to ensure that the full suite of pre-sales programs innovate and grow fast while ensuring profitability. You will need to develop a transversal overview of the pre-sales operations, economics and organizational context, in order to ensure the right development of the activity. You will also drive transversal projects that improve our advisor experience across markets including engagement, payment, onboarding or recruitment.  

Your missions:

- Optimize processes and ensure best practices are implemented across countries 

- Improve the experience of our advisors through better monitoring, tools and reporting

- Lead the implementation of transversal innovations on pre-sales 

- Be the main point of contact for the Product team concerning new feature implementations

- Ensure we have the right level of analysis and liaise with data team for reporting 

- Track, analyze and help to optimize the activity P&L  

Profile searched: 

- Analytical background: Economics, Business, quantitative sciences or engineering 

- At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally in high growth start-up or tech company 

- Previous experience in sales, operations, customer service, or community management 

- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written with exceptional interpersonal skills 

- Strong problem solving skills: capable of asking the right questions and gathering the needed data to answer them

- French and advanced level of English are required
