ManoMano is a French company launched in 2013 by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson.

At ManoMano we work collaboratively to reach the same goal: reshaping DIYing by offering our customers easy access to online tips, tricks, products and innovative services. Currently, we carry over 4 million products on our website, and work hand to hand with more than 2,500 sellers.

For the past seven years, ManoMano successfully expanded its activity in order to serve customers across six countries (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany).
Thanks to funds raising (300 million euros since our creation) our staff number has tripled and we are now 460 ‘Manas & Manos’ accross three offices : Barcelona, Paris and Bordeaux.

Descriptif du poste

We have the ambition to become a European leader in DIY & gardening. To do this, we are looking for a catalog and product information project manager, who will support ManoMano in its growth by taking charge of the** development of initiatives, programs, partnerships or strategic services in the pursuit of an ever richer catalog of information,** better described, structured and valued, for an improved shopping experience.

In support of the head of the Product Information Management pole, you take charge of these initiatives from A to Z, from the ideation process, the identification of opportunities, the implementation of preliminary tests and the construction of business case. You are in charge of the coordination of the implementation and the measurement of the impact over time. You manage the activity with a highly developed analytical and customer sense and demonstrate curiosity and great intellectual agility. You are able to collaborate closely with other business areas (category management, data science, product, sourcing, etc.) to carry out projects.

Your main missions are the following:

  • Improve the quantitative understanding of our performance through the implementation of KPIs, dedicated measurement processes and their governance; generate business inputs and prioritize our actions on product content with an analytical approach.
  • Improve the quality and richness of our product information through the definition and deployment of a dedicated project roadmap (enrichment, propagation, hacks, external data, etc.); be the business referent for technical teams and ensure that this content is available for the front-end experience.
  • To be the business referent for the data science teams, gathering the needs and feedback of the team in order to feed them and thus contribute to their work of development and industrialization of the algorithms related to the catalogue (in particular, categorization and qualification of the products)
  • Manage the manual enrichment of content via the operational management of a team of content managers of 4 to 8 people (P&L management, budget monitoring, progress reporting, etc.).

Profil recherché

  • You are ideally a graduate of a leading business or engineering school and have at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, in a marketplace or on similar issues, in a data-driven and international environment.
  • You are rigorous and have** very good analytical skills** (mastery of SQL is a plus) as well as a sharp business sense; you have a strong customer focus and his experience is at the centre of your concerns.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills and the** ability to convince others** to support your projects within the organization.
  • You are comfortable working in an international environment and** speak English fluently**.
