Job Description

As part of the Commerce team and directly reporting to the Senior Lead, Responsible Offer, you are in charge of generating and collecting data regarding the impact of the products we sell. 

Your role will involve working directly with our sellers and internal teams to generate data and help our sellers make progress in their journey towards more transparency. 

Your main missions are to:

Develop and implement the seller data collection plan required for the implementation of ManoMano’s responsible offer strategy;

Develop the KPIs required to monitor our progress;

Support sellers by identifying potential gaps and opportunities for data improvement, and helping them with data collection; 

Identify opportunities for additional data sources;

Keep abreast of the latest developments in the responsible marketing and environmental & social product performance fields. 

For this job, we are looking for someone with a great knowledge of sustainability/environmental performance data, and exceptional commercial and communications skills. 

With a master’s degree from a top tier engineering school, business school or university with a major in Corporate Social Responsibility/environmental sciences/supply chain, you fit the following criteria:

5 years previous exp

A successful first experience in a position involving CSR/environmental data collection, management and reporting, or working directly with suppliers on their CSR data ;

Good knowledge of product environmental performance and lifecycle, ability to understand data from environmental databases (e.g. Base Impacts Ademe);

Exceptional relationship skills, open-minded, ability to convince, 100% customer-oriented and seller-oriented ;

Good knowledge of HI and / or consumer goods sector is a plus;

Good knowledge of supply chain social issues is a plus;

Curiosity with a strong desire to learn;

Team spirit and excellent relationship skills;

Ability to speak English with colleagues and sellers.
