Job Description

Operating as a marketplace, ManoMano is continuously seeking for new value-added services for its sellers. Our Sellers’ new services team develop new businesses to answer their needs from advertising their product to expanding their business by reaching new countries. We believe that those new services should enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for the sellers.

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Manager to join our talented Sales Operation team to help scale our early-stage Advertising for partners program (sponsored products & brand marketing) and our early-stage Expansion program (Fulfilment and Xborder). Our Performance Manager will work hand in hand with almost every team in the company, not acting as support but bringing actionable recommendations, based on data. If you love managing cross-functional stakeholders, pushing projects forward to deliver measurable and strategically meaningful results, and solving problems from both a mile high as well as deep down in the details, this is the role for you.

As Seller's New Services Performance Manager, you will:

  • Understand & explain our advertising and program business performances by using data, developing adequate reporting and automated user insights dashboards.
  • Provide recommendations & Optimize ManoMano’s activities by identifying problem symptoms and root causes to drive operational and product changes. You will autonomously provide recommendations, drive changes, build tools for teams and monitor results based on data analysis using Tableau / Excel / SQL.
  • Deep dive ad hoc business problems autonomously to drive recommendations to fasten our new services scale.

  • Business and and / or  analytics background, bac + 5 or equivalent
  • 2-5 years experience in an analytical position (Consultant, Analyst…)
  • Strong business understanding
  • Proficient on BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI
  • Coding skills: Basic Knowledge in Javascript or Python is a +
  • 2+ years experience with Excel and SQL working with large data sets
  • A strong analytical & detail-oriented mindset
  • Full autonomy in problem solving
  • The ability to synthesize and explain your analyses
  • A creative mindset to identify solutions & shortcuts
  • eCommerce experience is a plus
