Inside the ‘Marketing & Data’ team, the Business & data analytics team is transversal to the company, tackling issues for the different teams ranging from sourcing (recommendations), operations (forecasts), product (web analytics)... Data analyst will work hand-by-hand with those teams, not acting as support but bringing actionable insights & recommendations.
If you love managing cross-functional stakeholders, pushing projects forward to deliver measurable and strategically meaningful results, and solving problems from both 30,000 feet as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you.
Your main tasks will include:
1)Understand, explain & optimize ManoMano’s business performances through test measurements
-Become an expert on conducting and measuring increments of complex a/b tests: ManoMano has an a/b test culture and makes all strategic decisions based on their results (more details can be given in the interviews)
-Develop & automate analysis to understand the business performances
-Proactively detect issues and identify their root cause
2)Act as the ‘data point of entry’ for the different teams
-Identify, define & prioritize needs for data products/ optimizations/ analysis
-Monitor & drive the delivery of these data projects (data engineering, data science, data analytics…)
3)Ensure the best data appropriation & use by teams
-Democratize data (trainings, dissemination & usage of tools)-
-Guarantee that analytical methodologies are correctly applied
This position is highly strategic and requires to combine a strong analytical mindset, a business acumen and advanced analytical capabilities (SQL and Python are a must-have).

Requirements:Business and / or analytics background, bac + 5 or equivalent 3+ years experience in an analytical position (Consultant, Analyst…)Data science skillsA passion for data analysis, data visualization & optimizationA strong analytical & detail-oriented mindset Full autonomy in problem solvingThe ability to synthesize and explain your analysesA creative mindset to identify solutions & shortcutsThe capacity to design automated toolsMastering SQL & Pythone-Commerce experience is a plus
