Job Description

Leader in online Home improvement ecommerce, ManoMano wants to develop a new business line around consumer services. The objective is to capitalize on our strong audience and bring more value to our customers all along their journey on ManoMano. Your role will be to develop from scratch this new activity thanks to the identification and development of key partnerships with external service providers. 

The role reports to the Head of Project & Services.

Missions:

  • Define the overall approach and strategy towards consumer services on ManoMano. Identify the opportunities and market fits for each country of our footprint.
  • Define the business model of each service to be developed on ManoMano.
  • Benchmark, identify and approach the relevant partners for ManoMano.
  • Negotiate & execute partnerships with the right service providers.
  • Manage the business relationship with the partners, set goals and monitor the business KPIs.
  • Work closely with the product team that is responsible for the service experience on ManoMano.
  • Profile requirements:

  • You come with 8+ years of experience in business development in the tech environment.
  • You have a doer mindset and a Business School degree. You thrive in a startup environment growing (fast).
  • You have a previous experience in scaling a business or line of business.
  • You have great analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
  • You are kind, thoughtful and have a natural ability to get things done.
  • You qualify as an “achiever”. Your English is perfect.
  • Bonus points:
  • You have already worked in an marketplace/platform, or started your own company.
  • You love DIY and want to profoundly play a role in the reinvention of this market.
