Within the Marketing & Data department, and directly reporting to the Head of Brand, Com, Media you will occupy a key position for the organization in shaping, elevating, and protecting the company’s Corporate brand and reputation. 

Your missions:

Strategy & Vision: 

Lead & implement the Corporate Communications strategy delivering against the company vision and business goals for its Corporate audiences. Promote and educate sellers, partners, key opinion leaders about the benefits of ManoMano, our distinctive company culture/values and our approach to the big public policy issues of the day, activating:

Corporate PR 

Public Relations (speaking opportunities, awards, events…)

Crisis management

Public Affairs 

Thought leadership content strategy 

Employer branding including employee advocacy

Sellers Communication 

Implementation & scaling : 

Increase overall positive Corporate awareness for the company 

Driving innovative, bold & ingenious strategies

Defining overall Corporate storytelling (business, tech, culture, CSR...)

Fostering ManoMano relationships with key opinion leaders 

Identifying & media training Internal Speakers

Develop brand safety guidelines, anticipate & mitigate brand reputation risks

Building from scratch our seller communication strategy to attract, educate & retain sellers

Measuring, monitoring impact and effectiveness, reporting back on results and driving recommendations for improvements

Developing processes, guidelines, audits etc. to ensure maximum ROI and global scaling

Managing budget with 100% accuracy & in full compliance with ManoMano guidelines

Leadership & management: 

Build, drive, empower & coach a team of high performing specialists 

Drive agencies (PR/Public Affairs) to drive best in class results & incremental growth YoY

Lead without authority : provide leadership and coordination for all initiatives with cross-functional partners up/down/across the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of our strategy, cultivating strong collaborative relationships

Partner specifically with:

Legal teams to manage communications around regulation and legislation, both to mitigate issues, and proactively to develop communications campaigns to forward our policy goals. 

Regional Marketing & Communications leads (Northern/Southern Europe) providing global guidance & framework ensuring story telling consistency and regional needs & voice, in order to scale the impact of their comms

People & responsibility to develop employer branding & CSR visibility

* 15 years of experience in multicultural & matricial communication environment 

* Strong business acumen and proven strategic, analytical and ability to distill complex concepts into coherent and easy-to-understand communications materials.

* Independent, can-do attitude, and proactive with strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English.

* Creative / Innovative / Out of the box thinker

* Capacity to lead without authority

* Ability to collaborate counsel senior management and serve as in-house communications counsel.

* Strong digital & ecommerce background

* English/French bilingual

* Avid learner with a strong growth mindset: not afraid to challenge yourself & your team quarter after quarter

* Ability to work in a constantly changing environment

* Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
