As a Senior Lead in charge of Leadership Development and Managerial Community animation, you will ac as an enabler of this ambition.
More specifically, you will :
Animate our managerial and leadership communities :
-Ensuring day-to-day animation of managerial & leadership communities thanks to :
- A customized events calendar with strong rituals, with a key focus on inspiration and skills development
- Relevant inputs in line with key challenges met by both communities
- An adhoc support to managers & leaders to help them animate their teams
- An ability to connect managers & leaders with each other to leverage collective intelligence
- Providing support to the Talent Development team in relaying and building storytelling on key messages around talent processes: performance reviews, talent reviews, promotion committees...
Develop our leadership development offer:
- Structuring ManoMano’s managerial & leadership training offer thanks to a proactive benchmarking of relevant coaching or training offer and an ability to assess the ROI of tested solutions
- Organizing and communicating managerial & leadership training paths
- Designing, structuring, and implementing key leadership development programs that may include the launch of an internal mentorship program, of a development center, or a cross-companies co-development program (but the roadmap is yet to imagine!)
- Structuring and animating a community of internal trainers & leadership ambassadors
Lead or participate in structuring projects :
- Participating in the choice and implementation of assessment and development tools, along with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams
What about you?
- 7+ years of experience with a strong focus on Leadership Development - ideally in a structured consulting environment
- Deep knowledge of People management topics and a demonstrated ability to connect the dots between topics
- A passion for leadership development, nurturing a strong ability to innovate and test new approaches in a fast-paced environment
- Ease with collective intelligence methods and community animation
- Excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to get involved in a strong human culture
