Product organization is divided into 4 Tribes:
SELLERS: Provide the best experience to our sellers to grow their business (main KPI: seller revenues)
VISITORS: Help customer discover what they need (main KPI: Add to cart rate)

Senior Product Management - Projects experience
Our ambition is to position ManoMano as an ecommerce platform to build responsible homes. Beyond business, we want the homes of Europeans to be more respectful of the environment with a special care for social responsibility.
We are seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager to own and develop the projects experience of ManoMano. You will be responsible to create a digital platform to help ManoMano customers design, plan, build and deliver all home renovation projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding all the pain points our clients experiment while renovating their homes. You’ll be expected to come up with creative and business-valid ideas to offer support and inspiration solutions to our client base.
The scope of this role is very complete and allows to develop an expertise track on a highly visible functional domain. It requires a blend of technical & functional expertise, data fluency, user understanding, design sensitivity and business acumen.
The job will report to the Group Product Manager.
Your main missions will consist of
1- Product discovery
Master the problem space of your scope through a deep understanding of the usage of the catalog by different internal clients (i.e. the product managers of the visitor tribe), but also by understanding the overall end users needs on an ecommerce platform.
Work closely with the architects from the visitor and seller sides to understand the overall constraints of the platform in terms of product data flows.
2- Product strategy
Build and nurture the product vision and turn it into a strategy and a well-thought roadmap with your IT lead counterpart: you will make sure that we’re building the right features, with the right priorities, and with a good management of dependencies.
Make sure your team / stakeholders understand and embrace it through your engaging communication
Participate to the long-term thinking of catalog management at ManoMano.
3- Product delivery
Ensure the correct delivery of your FT (pace of delivery, quality of delivery) relying on QAs, SMs and junior PMs. Develop ownership and empowerment of your team.
Be obsessed by the impact of the features you ship by setting up clear metrics and measuring them over time.
Communicate in a timely manner with your Group PM about important information, alerts, etc.
You thrive in a startup environment growing (fast).
You handle ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized, prioritized and structured way. You have excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem. You are passionate about it.
You have great communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level.

You have already worked in an ecommerce company, started your own company or know at least the marketplace model
