ManoMano is a French company launched in 2013 by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson.

At ManoMano we work collaboratively to reach the same goal: reshaping DIYing by offering our customers easy access to online tips, tricks, products and innovative services.
Currently, we carry over 4 million products on our website, and work hand to hand with more than 2,500 sellers. For the past seven years, ManoMano successfully expanded its activity in order to serve customers across six countries (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany).

Thanks to funds raising (300 million euros since our creation) our staff number has tripled and we are now 530 'Manas & Manos' across three offices : Barcelona, Paris and Bordeaux.

Job Description

Within the Presales team and directly reporting to the International Presales Manager, you will participate in delivering an exceptional customer experience. For this, you will be in charge of production and quality carried out by our outsourced Presales service team to ensure a consistent customer experience and increase customer satisfaction. You will also be in charge of monitoring the correct application of the processes and you will carry out audits on the quality of our partners.

*MISSIONS : *

  • Analyze and evaluate the results of the outsourcing indicators and propose action plans to deploy if necessary
  • Ensure optimal supervision of staff based on previous established schedules and service needs, and be responsible for excellent SLA
  • Ensure follow-up and application of trials and carry out quality audits of the partner
  • Analyze the forecasts, determine and communicate the volumes to be treated on a daily basis and be reactive on the issues and force of proposal on the actions to be implemented at the moment
  • Be the relay between the outsourced production and the International Presales Manager

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 1 year on a customer service experience
  • Creative / innovative
  • Good digital culture
  • Complete fluency in French, knowledge of English
  • 100% customer oriented
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
  • Curious with a strong desire to learn
  • A team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
