ManoMano has relatively advanced web marketing tools at its disposal and a growing base of active customers. We would like to develop a long-term relationship with our customers by creating an extremely personalised customer experience (reaching the right person with the right message at the right time).
At ManoMano, in order to put data at the centre of our tools and decisions, the Activation/Retention team is part of the Data team. Therefore you will be working closely with data scientists and email growth hackers, and will also have regular contact with other teams in the company (customer service, communication, products, sourcing, IT…).
As part of the Activation & Retention team your objective will be to reflect on and then to manage the relationship between ManoMano and its customers. You will create the flow of interactions that will take place throughout the relationship with each customer starting from the moment they first access our website. As you will have understood by now, this post involves wearing two hats: marketing + data/tech. It requires you to reach out to customers in the most pertinent way possible, but also to have the desire to understand and dig deeper into technical subjects (data science, programming…), which is what makes it so attractive if we do say so ourselves!
Reporting directly to the Customer Activation & Retention Manager, your job will be to implement the tools in the Northern European markets:
In-depth understanding of Northern European customers in each of the countries, through the use of quantitative analysis.
Help determine what type of relationship to build with each type of customer.
Implementation of lead activation: data collection and the activation strategy for email, display advertising, social networks etc.
“Reaching the right person with the right message at the right time": implementation of tools that allow extremely precise personalisation in each of the markets.
Design and drive the production of weekly newsletters for 2 countries (Great Britain and Germany), in conjunction with the sourcing and communication departments.
You will be involved in projects from the drawing board right up to the post analysis and reporting stages, including, of course, implementation and monitoring.
Finally, you will take part in the development of new ManoMano services involving the development of long-lasting relationships with third parties.
Your work will have a considerable impact on ManoMano's growth path.
