Job Description

Operating as a marketplace, ManoMano is continuously seeking for new value-added services for its sellers. We believe that advertising can enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners. We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy & Operations Manager to join our talented team to help scale our early-stage sponsored products program. The Strategy & Operations Manager will partner with stakeholders both internally and externally to drive advertiser success, grow revenue, own key reporting, and foster product improvements.

As a Strategy & Operations Manager within the Advertising for Partners team you are passionate about understanding the advertising environment to deliver strategies and projects. You play a key role supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations and Product teams. You possess strategic thinking, analytical  and communication skills and will develop deep expertise in our sponsored products to deliver on business objectives. You are flexible and able to work in a constantly evolving scale-up environment.

Main Missions:

  • Working closely with the ‘Head of Advertising for Partners’, plan growth strategies, budgets, project timelines and targets for this business unit.
  • Helping to develop a full roadmap of initiatives to increase seller acquisition, drive adoption and reduce churn.
  • Help formalise the ‘Advertising for Partners’ proposition both internally and externally. Partnering with business and technical stakeholders across Europe to create clear, concise, and engaging content to bring it to life.
  • Own key reporting tools and cadence for the Advertising for Partners group. Use this data and analysis to tackle business problems and drive desired outcomes.
  • Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • University degree from a Business School / Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  • 3-5 years of experience with at least 2+ years of experience within management consulting, strategy or operations.
  • You will have professional experience interpreting large data sets in order to interpret trends and form actionable insights.
  • Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work with autonomy on projects and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks, with competing priorities, simultaneously.
