Directly reporting to the Head of Brand & Communication, you’ll manage and inspire in-house Studio team of graphic designers, artistic director, production and project managers. Serving as a key member of the Brand and Communication department leadership team, your main mission will be to scale production in order to build the in house studio of a future multi billion digital player.
Your creative, operational skills and judgment will help guide the team to achieve the highest possible creative standards, at scale. Your commercial, strategic and management skills will make the Studio grow as a key part of the overall ManoMano organization.
Manage a team of 7 people (Production manager, Traffic Manager, Artistic Director, & 3 graphic designers)
Drive change management on team’s perception internally and give the team proper recognition and credit for their contributions
Create and promote a culture that drives performance while fostering creativity
Help each of your team members to grow and develop themselves
Strategic & Management Responsibilities
Build the Studio strategy and a collective team vision & then pitch it to a C-level with data driven rationals
Define objectives and targets, driving engagement and overall team performance
Ensure the implementation of operational, staffing, organizational and professional development best practices
Responsible for the identification of new partners, tools, process in order to scale the Studio's activity
Help set a tone of cooperation and collaboration across the organization (brand / marketing / sellers / communication / product…)
Promote a “be of service” solution-oriented and continuous improvement mentality across the in-house team.
Proactively identify and act on opportunities for operational improvements
Analyze and report in-house agency metrics
Ensure team is compliant with all branding, operational, legal and regulatory mandates, policies and guidelines
In partnership with Brand Lead, provide artistic direction guidance to ensure consistent alignment with and growth of brand standards
Encourage development of new interpretations of the brand standards and out-of-the-box approaches to grow the visual identity of the brand
Confidently and diplomatically steward new ideas through the organization on behalf of the team
Profile requirement Minimum of 10 years of experience,
mixing creative production experience and management experience
mixing agencies experience and ecommerce or at least digital player experience
