Directly reporting to the VP Brand & Communication, and along with the Head of Communication and the Head of Brand, you *actively participate to build and embody one of the key ManoMano asset : its Brand. *

You’ll manage and inspire in-house Studio team of graphic designers, artistic director, production and project managers. Serving as a key member of the Brand and Communication department leadership team, you’ll help us to scale production and accelerate our progress to creative and executional excellence. In addition to directing the daily functions of the in-house team you’ll ensure the implementation of operational, organizational, staffing and professional development best practices.

Your creative and operational skills and judgment will help guide the team to achieve the highest possible creative standards, at scale. Your commercial, strategic and management skills will make the Studio grow as a key part of the overall ManoMano organization.

*Your missions: *

  • Team Leadership Help set a tone of cooperation and collaboration across the organization (brand / marketing / sellers / communication / product…) Promote a “be of service” solution-oriented and continuous improvement mentality across the in-house team. Create and promote a culture that drives the performance of the entire team Give the team proper recognition and credit for their contributions Help each of your team members to grow and develop themselves
  • Strategic & Management Responsibilities Build the Studio strategy and a collective team vision Define objectives and targets, driving engagement and overall team performance Ensure the implementation of operational, staffing, organizational and professional development best practices Responsible for the identification of new partners, tools, process in order to scale the Studio's activity Act as a liaison between team and high-level executives
  • Operational Responsibilities Proactively identify and act on opportunities for operational improvements Analyze and report in-house agency metrics Ensure team is compliant with all branding, operational, legal and regulatory mandates, policies and guidelines
  • Creative Responsibilities Provide artistic direction guidance to ensure consistent alignment with and growth of brand standards Encourage development of new interpretations of the brand standards and out-of-the-box approaches to grow the visual identity of the brand Confidently and diplomatically steward new ideas through the organization on behalf of the team

Profil recherché

Who you are

  • You have creative but also consulting, commercial, and management skills.
  • You have worked in digital environments. Ideally you have both experienced agencies and e-commerce companies. - - -- You’re rooted in creative business management and people development. You have the organizational chops and innovative instincts to craft in-house creative team processes and requirements that work beautifully and scale smoothly. More specifically, you have:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience, mixing creative experience and management experience mixing agencies experience and ecommerce or at least digital player experience With experience interacting with c-level people.
  • In-depth understanding of and ability to execute on metrics and data-driven best practices
  • Excellent people management skills - ability to coach, mentor and develop staff
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking to all business challenges and opportunities
  • Presentation, selling and negotiating skills
  • Strong digital culture
  • Fluent english
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
